Expert Design Meets Quality Craftsmanship

After finalizing your floor plans and finishes, you will meet with your project manager who will guide you through the steps of building your new home, including regular check-ins to provide updates on progress and address any concerns you may have.

Before construction begins, you’ll have a pre-construction meeting to confirm final details and ensure everything is set for a smooth start. Once permits are secured, construction begins and you’ll receive access to Buildertrend, where you can track your home’s timeline and communicate directly with the team.

During the new home orientation, your project manager will guide you through a tour of your home, highlighting key features and answering any questions you may have. You’ll have the opportunity to inspect every element and detail, including windows, walls, appliances, plumbing, HVAC and electrical. Each item will be carefully checked, and warranty details will be provided for your reference. The journey culminates the moment you step into your finished home at the final walk-through, knowing that every detail has been carefully crafted to match your vision.
