VIP Relator COMMISSION PROGRAM

All properly registered and approved Realtor-referred buyers qualify for our base commission of 2.5% of the base price. Buyers must be registered prior to their first visit.

When do I need to register my client?

Buyers must be registered prior to their first visit to a Capstone Homes community in accordance with builder policy.

How do I register my client?

Simply complete our online registration form. It only takes a few minutes, and once submitted, our team takes it from there.

Do I need to track my tier or submit anything additional?

No. Tier progression is automatically tracked by Capstone Homes based on the number of homes that close within the calendar year.

When is commission paid?

Commissions are paid at closing, per the terms of the Realtor Program.

How does the tiered commission structure work?

All qualifying sales begin at the base commission. As additional homes close within the same calendar year, your commission rate increases and applies to each subsequent closing once a new tier is reached.

Do tiers reset?

Yes. Tier progression resets annually on a calendar-year basis (January–December).

Can I register multiple buyers?

Yes. You may register as many buyers as you represent, provided each buyer is registered according to our program guidelines.
