Capstone Homes was created in 2006 when a group of local real estate developers partnered with a local builder to provide desirable homes in desirable locations.

Scott Dailey, Managing Member, Director of Sales. Mr. Dailey oversees the day-to-day operations of Capstone Homes. He is in charge of all aspects of sales, marketing, production and business development. Mr. Dailey has been working in real estate sales and residential development for over six years. Mr. Dailey is a Washington DC native who lives with his wife and three children in Lewes.

Jeff Bowers, Partner. Mr. Bowers brings the insight of over 20 years of building and business experience to Capstone Homes. Mr. Bowers is a retired Delaware State Trooper who has tremendous experience in new construction, rehabilitation projects, production building and custom homes. Mr. Bowers is a Delaware native who lives with his wife and three children in Harrington, Delaware.

Joe Reed, Partner. Mr. Reed has 20 years of experience in Sussex County homebuilding and real estate. Mr. Reed built and sold a successful real estate company, and he has developed a number of residential and commercial projects. Mr. Reed is a Rehoboth Beach native who lives with his wife and four children in Rehoboth Beach.

Preston Lynch Dyer, Partner. Mr. Dyer has 25 years of real estate development in commercial, residential, and affordable housing. Mr. Dyer is an attorney who has completed real estate projects throughout Delaware and the Maryland eastern shore. Mr. Dyer is a Milford, Delaware native and has three grown children. He and his wife live in Ocean View, Delaware.

Shawn Rineholt, Partner. Mr. Rineholt has over ten years of experience in real estate and homebuilding. He has worked for local municipalities as well as the private sector. Mr. Rineholt is a Pennsylvania native who lives with his wife and five children in Frankford, Delaware.
